Presently collaborating with his coach and Goetzke, the tennis star has steadily advanced in the last few weeks - climaxing in a tightly fought 7-5 4-6 6-3 triumph over Frenchman Moutet.

Medvedev's retrieving strategy and frequent emotional displays on the playing surface had prompted some to wonder if his ability to perform at the highest level was concluded.
Yet the player has made changes in the last few weeks, attempting to approach the net and play aggressively, backed up by an better serve.
He recovered from a deficit in the opening set against the tricky Frenchman, winning four of the final five points to take the lead.
The competitors swapped break points in the middle set before the Frenchman, striving for his first professional victory, took control to push for a third set.
The opponent defended four early chances in a competitive deciding set before Medvedev secured a break to 15 to serve for the match.
Appropriately, the winner secured the title with a point at the net, with Moutet unable to handle a volley after a lengthy match.
